Your ticket is proof of purchase for the Townsville Pop Fest 2024 and must be presented at the time of admission.

Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

Tickets are non-refundable* but are transferable to another person.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for unacceptable behaviour or unacceptable code of conduct .

Tickets that are purchased and managed using the the Ticketebo site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Ticketebo.

Student, Pension & Companion cards must be presented at time of entry. 

On arrival you will be given a wristband – this must be worn at all times during the event for pass outs.  If the armband is lost, damaged you will be refused entry back into the event.

Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

Any persons who are intoxicated, threatening, harassing or unruly in any way will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund.

The event organiser has all rights to film, photograph and video production of this event and these images may be used for future promotion.  If you do not want your image used, please notify the photographer, videographer at the time of footage being taken.
